Mint Julep – This drink made with bourbon, house-made mint syrup and fresh mint is the South in a glass. The beverage of choice at the Kentucky Derby every year, the Mint Julep represents the Southern pastime of celebrating with good company.

Creole Bloody Mary – The Bloody Mary is popular in many places, but nowhere makes it like we do in New Orleans. A favorite brunch beverage, we pack this drink with just enough kick and a healthy serving of pickled veggies.

Brandy Milk Punch – This sweet, milky brunch – or anytime – cocktail is an irresistible New Orleans tradition. Invented sometime in the late 1600s or early 1700s, Brandy Milk Punch is a true classic made with vanilla brandy, simple syrup, cream and nutmeg.

Pimm’s Cup – While created in London, this refreshing cocktail has become a New Orleans standard. Made famous at the French Quarter’s Napoleon House using sprite and lemonade, we make ours with Pimm’s No.1 liqueur, ginger ale, citrus and cucumber.

French 75 – Named for the piece of a French artillery gun, the French 75 is a classic mixture of Champagne, gin or Cognac (in our case, gin), fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. For a sophisticated bubbly cocktail, the French 75 is the way to go.

Hurricane – Not just a dangerous cocktail found on Bourbon Street, the Hurricane cocktail dates back to the 1940s when the original owner of famous French Quarter bar Pat O’Brien’s invented the drink in an effort to get rid of all the stockpiled rum that wasn’t popular with the clientele. The fresh fruit juices disguise the light and dark rum, making it a sweet and deceptively potent libation.

In New Orleans, it doesn't have to be five o'clock to indulge in a cocktail, so enjoy one from our selection on a Historical Cruise or toast the night on a Dinner Jazz Cruise!
